Chef Polpoj Suwanachomphu (Kenji) – Thai-Japanese descent, born to a Japanese father and a Thai mother. From a young age, he was captivated by the artistry of cooking, dreaming of one day becoming a skilled chef who could create exquisite dishes for his beloved mother. His journey led him to Japan, where his family’s Thai restaurant had taken root and flourished in the Land of the Rising Sun. Immersed in Japan’s rich culinary traditions and meticulous techniques, Chef Kenji took his first steps toward a professional culinary path.
